Uncoiler The uncoiler is most commonly installed at the beginning of the pipe production line where it uncoils strips of raw steel and straightens it while feeding it into the flattener and ultimately for further processing. 2. Shear and Welder The shear and welder is equipment applied for the parallel cutting of the tail of steel strips that have been sent into the accumulator. Then, the head of the strip comes out of the uncoiler and the equipment welds them together securely.

2. Flying Saw The flying saw is installed in the cut-off section of pipe production mills to enable continuous production. With an auto fixed ruler and low inertia DC motor, the machine cuts the pipe off at the specified length with excellent precision. We offer three kinds of flying saws for you to choose from and they can be installed in your existing pipe mill.

It also eliminates stress and any bends present after the steel pipe has been fully formed and welded. 2. Hydrostatic Tester The hydrostatic tester is specially designed to test how much water pressure a pipe can bear before failure. The entire unit consists of a host machine, assisted hydraulic system, centralized lubrication system, electric control system, emulsion, and water cycle system. We can provide you with hydrostatic testers according to your individual pipe production needs.
2. Automatic Stacking Machine The automatic stacking machine is designed and manufactured as support equipment to enhance the flow of your pipe production operation. The machine can take your pipes freshly produced from the mill and stack them for efficient storage. The stacker is suitable for hexagonal and square shaped tubes. It can also perform automatic bundling, sloping, and weighing.
